I remember seeing this post a LONG time ago and I don't know why it was closed when it was a legit way to improve and such.

Shall we give it another go?

Rules:

1. Don't troll.
2. If you are replying or answering a question, but do not rate the person above you, you must copy the latest persons armory (assuming he rated someone as well) and put it in your post like this:
*link* This guy has not been rated yet
3. Don't just say "rate me please" without rating someone. If you feel like you're not experienced enough to rate someone, give it a shot anyway, or PM one of the "regular raters".
4. Show respect to your fellow Paladins. Even if they suck and do stupid things with their gear, let them know this in a kind way, and give examples on how they can improve.
5. Sometimes the Armory doesn't work. Please be patient and don't forget rule 2. if someone gets skipped because of it.

Start your post with a small introduction of yourself, reasons why you might not have X or Y and mistakes or improvements you already know you can make.

You are not supposed to just rate the person by saying "6/10" and then linking your own armory. Please give examples on how they can improve, or give compliments on things they've done right. Point out possible upgrades, etc, etc.

Gemming and reforging seems alright (Could go for haste+stamina in blue gem slots since you are over hitcapped so why not :P),
Minus points for the gathering profession (I'd recommend getting engineering), also I'd drop Jewelcrafting for Blacksmithing because you can get x2 haste gems = 640 haste (which is better than extra 320 strength, and if you get your haste jewelcraftin gems you lose stats.)

As far as actual gear/gemming/prof/reforge? Seems pretty much flawless.

Also, that xmog is sick as heck.

STAM versus hit is something that's finnicky. Personally I think gemming hit just appears better than gemming STAM, even if STAM plays better. but i'm not going to substract points for that.

transmog is overused, will lose some points for that.

Reforging seems spot on with proper gems/enchants.

I guess your first trinket is just sitting there while you wait for something better to drop? The static crit is not all that amazing for ret paladins.
I'd suggest the 522 one from shadopan assault. Lined up with your cooldowns that gives for some amazing burst.

Don't really get the battle healer and divine storm glyphs either. Double jeopardy should be one of your three at all times i feel.

I choosed Stamina bacause I have too much Hit(I'd prefer Expertise because he can still help over 7.50%, Hit doesn't), in fact I have changed the enchants and the Purple Gems to fix this.

Because the Fix my DPS! thread exists, which is basically the same thing (you make a post and get help and advice on how to improve) minus the unnecessary rating system.
