with the inc vengeance nerfs tanks shouldn't be above dps
And with me moderating this thread, it should neither be about loot allocation nor about vengeance nerfs but about appreciating awesomely itemized strength polearms.
You mean I can actually acquire a Weapon I can transmog into a Scythe for my DK Grim Reaper Transmog without having to pray to the RNG gods to drop from random bosses?!
Screw you Bo-ris, HELLO SoO POLEARM!
Bow down before our new furry overlords!
Just do like me acquire the hc lei shen druid polearm for future transmog changes in 5.4 :P (hopefully they'll stick to it)!
Haste dk tanks please stop playing the game.
From a human paladin/dk viewpoint, polearms suck. Big time.
Sword/mace specialization ftw.
That has to be the most ridiculous nitpicking I've seen in ages. Shared boss loot in WoW implies that the drop chance will be abysmal as a result - because that's how shared boss loot has worked every single time there was any.
Come on, what's even the point of arguing pointless semantics.
Polearms definitely aren't optimal, but at the same time I wouldn't say they suck big time. The worst label I can imagine giving them is "mildly inefficient on a human".
Well, I was exaggerating perhaps a smidge. But I do honestly feel that 1% expertise isn't something that makes or breaks anything. I have no problems getting to hit cap, expertise soft cap, and mastery from every piece. Unoptimal to use a non-sword or mace, but not unusable.
So let me get this straight. People cry and moan about wanting tanking polearms and they get it. However, when combat rogues had axes they got rid of that come cata because really only shamans and rogues used them and it wasnt fair. Hrm...
