Can i get haunting spirit from disenchanting 522 ilvl from Oondasta/valor items, or only 522 ToT drops ?

Yes, you can get them from disenchanting stuff from Oon. My brother's done it a couple of times, when he got the same piece of tier.

edit: I'm an idiot, I meant Nalak. Not sure about Oon or vp. My bad, 4am where I am. :x

As far as I know, only from the Throne of Thunder.
