How to gear up a Feral and Resto Druid?

I know the title may seem confusing but hear me out,

These are my two favorite specs to play on Druid, but I obviously won't be able to gear both at the same time (LFR, Drops, Conquest etc.). I was thinking that maybe I could keep one spec solely for one aspect of the game. For example, stick to Resto for PvE and Feral for PvP. Once I either A. max out on conquest on my Feral then I'll gear my resto up for PvP or B. Once I can get my Resto well geared enough start loot specing for Feral or gather items along the way. Would this be a smart way to do this? I'm having trouble imagining a way to gear up both well enough so that they'll be able to both do well in PvP and PvE considering their gear is completely different.

I'd do LFR and everything as Resto first, mainly because DPS queues are like 20-45 minutes and Resto queues are roughly 1-5 minutes. So I'd get full PvE resto gear, then PvP feral gear, then swap the loot specialization in LFR to Feral and get Feral gear there, and start farming Resto gear in PvP.

    That's what I'd do.
