Hello guys, I have had this problem where scrolling down causes screen tearing, it only happens in one line of my screen down my screen. It fixes after I stop scrolling down but it has been bothering me. I have tried to turn off hardware acceleration and smooth scrolling, it did not help any. Anyone got any clues? It also happens on other websites, but I notice it most on mmo-champ.
