    New processor feedback

    Current specs:
    Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5 rev 2.1
    Asus ATI HD7950
    AMD Phenom II X6 1055T ~3.4 GHz
    16GB(8x2) DDR3
    Corsair HX650w
    Antec P183
    Windows 7 64-bit

I just messed up when I bought the FX-8350 as I had the wrong rev number of my motherboard.
I was thinking of refunding the cpu and going from AMD to Intel for the first time ever.
Websites say either the 8350 is a great cpu or some say I can get the same if not better with Intel.

So does anyone have any knowledge they can share about this?

I'm not quite sure I understand. Are you saying you bought the Phenom 1055 by accident or...?

Anyway... The 3570K/4670K are pretty much better than the 8350 in just about every aspect, with a select few exceptions. Will need more info, though. What are you doing? What is your budget? is this a new system or are you trying to upgrade?

Sorry I mean I bought the FX-8350 on accident and I'm upgrading my current computer.
I play a lot of WoW (25m raids) with League of Legends on the side but I am also looking to play current/future games with good settings.
My budget for the processor is roughly the same as the 8350 and for the motherboard I think something around $150.

When is the 8350 better then the 3570K/4670K and If i was to get one of those two processors which one would be better for me?
    Thanks.

The 8350 is considered better when streaming BF3 and you can't afford an i7-3770K or 4770K, as far as I can tell.

Do you think I should go with the 3570K or 4670K?

Edit: Nvm it seems that everyone says 4670k

If you can afford it, 4670K, but it will be a fair bit more expensive than your 8350, as you'll need a good cooler with it, and boards usually cost more as well. Expect a good 4670K setup with board, cpu, cooler, to run about $400-$440. A 3570K will run about $350-380. You pay for the performance increase but its there.
