PC build + Monitor for WoW on $800 budget

    •Budget - $800
    •Resolution - 1920x1080 (w/ a 1440x900 as a secondary)
•Games / Settings Desired - World of Warcraft is the only game I plan to play for the foreseeable future. My primary goal for this build is aimed towards performance in a Heroic 25-man raid environment. I would like to achieve a steady 40 FPS at the in-game 'High' setting while in these raids.
•Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - No
    •Country - USA
•Parts that can be reused - Optical Drive
•Do you need an OS? - Yes
•Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? - Monitor (included in the list below)

This list isn't set in stone, so I would definitely appreciate any feedback or changes you guys would make to it.

I did a lot of digging around and most people seemed to suggest going with an Intel/Nvidia setup for WoW, although I'm not at all opposed to AMD; whatever works best. I was torn between the i5-3350P and the i3-3220 (the i3 allowing more flexibility in my budget), but the i5 seemed to be more bang for the buck.

I'm hoping to get at least a good 4 years of solid use from this PC, playing WoW primarily with the possibility of dabbling into future MMOs. I have no intentions of overclocking, but would like as future proof a build as possible while remaining within budget.

    Yeah it is.

My old system still has Vista on it though. Very much looking forward to moving up from that.

I had WoW running on a 5850 and it held 60fps (without shadows). The 650ti marks better then the 5850 does so you should have no troubles hitting your 40fps range.

Side note, if you purchase the 650ti separate from some of the other newegg items, you can use the promo code "Wallet" right now to get an extra $15 off. (the codes can't be used together thus the reason to do separate purchases.)
