New Latenight Semi-HC 10M team seeks raiders

<Reckless Abandon> is a new raiding guild on US-Kel'Thuzad with a leadership core that has W-500 experience. We are finishing the Gold Challenge Mode phase of our trials this week, and will begin raiding the week of 8/20 at the following times:

Times: Tues-Thurs 9pm - 1230 am server (8pm - 1130 pm pst) w/ Monday as a cleanup day during progression

Openings:
- 1 Caster DPS (Lock / Boomie or SPriest w/ healing offspec)
- 1 Healer (No Priest / Druid)


What we offer:
It will be our goal to put ourselves on the map in our first tier together, and be pushing for a heroic clear in our second. We will keep a laid-back atmosphere but ensure everyone is accountable and pulling their weight, as we pursue this goal as a team. We will keep a tight nit 12/13-player roster and will never recruit for the bench.
We have set up a Web site for our members to read strats, chat with guildies, and share hilarious Youtube videos - and we have posted a charter explaining what we want to do, and what our leadership is generally about. We also will ensure everyone who participates in our Gold CM-based trials gets an opportunity to finish their 9/9 Gold Transmog set once they make Raider.

What we're looking for:
Whether you're a battle-tested heroic raider or someone who's been around normal-modes and early heroics for a few years and is looking for their first shot on a Semi-HC team, we're looking for the same traits. We want players who can both demonstrate they've put in time to learn their class and current raid encounters, but also individuals who show decorum and poise in how they handle themselves. You'll need to show you're a person of character just as much as one of talent in order to pass our trial.
The reason we've chosen Gold Challenge runs for our trials, is that we figure we'll learn an awful lot about you in both respects quickly. And you'll get to know us, as well.

UPDATE: Our first round of trials in Gold CM's is under way and off with a blast. We're getting Gold runs down in more than satisfactory timeframes with our first group of raiders. We just need to fill a few more spots (below), and we'll be onto raiding.

Update: We've got 9 on the roster now, and are winding down our Gold CM-phase of trials with our first few recruits sitting at 8/9 Gold already in just 4 nights of work. We've been selective with whom we've offered trials to, and that has paid off since everyone has played well so far.

We're going to begin raiding next week, just looking to fill 3 more spots before I close all recruiting. And eyeing getting Siege off with a bang and getting into heroics quickly.

Finishing off our first raid week as a group tonight, it's gone about as good as you could ask for a team that's just returning to the fold and had not seen the content on regmode yet. No encounter took more than 5 tries to get everyone back up to speed - and we were not outgearing anything by any stretch.

If you're one of the classes above, give us a shout. It's a very good team that will do big things in Siege.
