About the power supply, I'd go for 500W as long as it's good quality. Here's a list of recommended power supplies.

Considering the parts the shop was able to get, I ordered the computer a while ago:
The parts are as follows:
Mother Board - ASRock Z87
Processor - i5 4670K
Memory - 8GB
Graphic Board - Gigabyte GTX 760
Disk - 1TB
I changed it up a bit on the cooler though, since they couldn't get any of the two suggested (Havik or the BeQuiet! one)
Cooler - Corsair Hydro H60 (I was told at the shop this would ensure the computer wouldn't fry itself)
It is a bit over the limit of my budget, but they said there's no problem with paying over 2 months if I can't pay all immediately.
So... now, overclock settings? Any suggestions? I would like to get the most out of the computer, but only as long as I don't risk frying it.
You wanna overclock the GPU and CPU or just the CPU?

I was thinking just the CPU, I didn't know you could overclock the Graphics... is it worthwhile, as a WoW player and raider? Also if it is, how do I OC the GPU?
Overclocking your GPU is not worth it at all, for wow atleast.
This is the best guide IMO for overclocking your haswell CPU >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CHs5_TdpXE

Watched that guide once so far. Will of course watch it a few more times, but what temperatures should I be aiming for? Anyway from what I understand it won't be a problem, overclocking to 4ghz or 4.3, assuming I don't get really unlucky If I just get it to 4.3, it won't really reduce the lifespan, correct?
Also what temperature should I be aiming for?
80C under Prime95 is pretty fine for daily usage.

How long do I need to have Prime95 run in order to determine whether it's stable or not?
One hour for a primary verification (temp checks or glaring instability) and overnight for final verifications should be fine.
