Attempting a sub 600 GBP MMO build inc OS and perpiherals

Hi all, I'm attempting to put together a very budget setup after my MacBookAir from 2009 died after 3 years of valiantly running WOW on minimum settings with pathetic FPS.

I am mainly intending to play WOW but also hoping to try some other games now that I'm moving across to PC: GW2, Secret World, Skyrim and similar, I don't play FPS-type games. Basically almost anything would be an upgrade from my old laptop, and I'm not expecting to run any game on Ultra settings, but would like to play WOW solo and and up to 10-man on good settings, and happy to drop to much lower settings for 25-man & world bosses.

Really low budget, trying to keep to 600 GBP, since I have a lot of other financial commitments at the moment. I want to leave myself room to upgrade in 2-3 years time with beefier CPU & GPU, an SSD etc. Unfortunately I also need to buy an OS, monitor, keyboard and speakers because all I have is a mouse I'm based in London UK, buying online.

A rough build below based on builds from here, reddit and elsewhere on the internet but I'm not very confident in my choices. I'm especially clueless about monitors so some advice there would be appreciated. I'm aiming for reliability, longevity and value rather than high performance & don't really care about how it looks. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

Changed to Z75 so you could get a 3570K later on. Removed speakers and keyboard. Just pick up a 5 one. Spending 10% of your budget on accessories when the performing stuff is still in need of improvement is usually a bad idea. Switched to low profile ram, as you'll want that later when you upgrade. changed from 7770, to 7790.

Grab the XFX 450W, it's slightly cheaper and better quality.

You can go for a B85 motherboard instead of a H77 one if you want to save some money too, unless you're after a few specific features of that board.

Unfortunately upgrading CPU you'll have to change both the motherboard and the CPU in future, but on that budget you can't really fit Haswell (without peripherals I'm getting about 572£)

    Yeah, they need the socket

They are both using IB cpus. But I guess you mean to say B75.

Thanks the suggestions and notes all, and special thanks to Chazus for picking up on all the things I was worried about, and also for correcting my foolish peripheral choices

Of course now I'm wondering if it's a false economy to be putting an i3 and not an i5 in there in the first place, and thinking about going out of my budget on that...

A novice PC builder question: is the low profile ram to allow space for a CPU cooler, or for something else?
