Trying to find a Firefox addon but don't know what it's called.

I figured I'd crowdsource this question to the knowledgeable MMO-Champion fanbase.

I am trying to find an addon for Firefox that I used to use which allowed the user to enter certain value criteria that the plugin would then recognize on a page and allow interaction based on criteria set by the user.

In short, the plug would do this:
See values that fit the description: 15 characters, "01234xxxxxxxxxx"
Where this value is seen, create links that go to this page: "www.webpage.com/<insertedvaluehere>"

Anyone familiar with this add-on/know what it is called? I tried Google searching extensively but I don't think I ever used the right words for it.

im sure what you are looking for, but have you tried Firebug, its a development tool and may have what you are looking for.
