Razer Anansi Keyboard stop working

i hope this is the right spot

okey yesterday was everything okey i turn off my computer went to sleep

then i turn it on an i realized my keyboard @razer anansi dont type anything no window nothing alt f4 nothing not even wasd
i look and there is the G light turn on thats it...
thats the gaming mode set up i think it disables windows and other thinks like that so you dont exit games by error

i dont know what to do its a GG?
i already tried reinstalled drivers different usb ports



EDIT: i just downloaded a firm update it was very hard because the device was not detected but in one usb port it was detected and windows start downloading drivers then i opened the firm update and worked :P
