People Want the next class to be epic....

    Demon Hunters, Tinkerers, Necromancers.

All of thoose are some epic stuff, what i want for next class is something more down to earth, something non-magic using.

So How about a Swashbuckler? No, im not talking about some sort of Combat Rogue with a Pirate fetish. I'm talking about a Guy that wields, pistols (dunnn new weapon type, how is that for an expansion feature? Basically a one-handed gun) one-handed and fist weapons To dish out a combination ranged and melee damage chaotically across the field. Comes in two DPS specializations and one healing oriented-spec. Would be pretty cool for a South Seas oriented expansion.

Resource for this class will be Concentration. Our fellow Swhashbuckler needs to concentrate, because he is drunk from all the rum he has consumed. The Concentration's colour is white.

    Example specialisations
    Brawler: Wields fist-weapons and a hand-cannon
Specializes in cheap tricks and mid-close range fighting That guy likes to get close in the enemy's face, punch a dude in the face, smack a bottle in his head (first he has to drink it, thus becoming drunk) , stunning him and applying a bleed effect, Then discharging his blunderbuss in his face. The closer you are to the target when you discharge your blunderbuss, the better. Has a lot of abilities like jumping around and throwing a hook on the enemy so that enemy has reduced speed when trying to get away from the brawler. He is a bit squishy tough, so dealing with him fast is great.

The brawler gains concentration when using melee attacks, then dumps it shooting his blunderbuss (The sound is deafening, plus you have to be pretty concentrated to reload that thing, its complicated.)

Sharpshooter: Wiends both pistol and sword
This guy likes to shoot things with his pistol from afar. Problem is, he is not a hunter in tune with the nature, he is a seaman, and he cant tame pets to help hold off the enemy. Not his problem tough. Kick the enemy in his knee when he gets close, slash him with your cutlass a few times, hit him with the hilt to get him stunned, then run away. Also, there is annother problem, unlike hunters, this feelow is so drunk that he cant shoot from THAT far away, so he has to be in mid-range to be effective with the pistol, thus forcing him to be closer to enemies to shoot, unlike a hunter who is sober and thus can snipe from great distances, and using more escape-artist stuff to keep it that way.

The Sharpshooter Gains concentration while shooting, but loses it when using his escapey abilities. but he also has an ability to gain concentration if he gets stunned (to counter sneaky rogues)

"Natural" Medicine [Also called Feldscher] Wields whatever he wants, but allways has a saw in his hands
This guy is not a priest nor a trained medic. He has learned his craft of healing the hard way, from life. Forced to be sober for the good of the many, he is allways at full concentration (wich does not regenerate tough, our Feldscher is not that good at that). This guy is a melee healer, but is allways quick on his feet should trouble arise. Quick to jump to an ally to heal him (or away from an enemy, who seeks to un-heal him) Or use his hook to pull an ally to him for a quick triage, he is allways looking to help. He is a specialist at preventative medicine (getting people alchohol, so they dont feel pain) Standart medicine (treating allies with bandages, wich may be soaked with natural balms and herbs or may be just covered in alcohol) Abilities include Emergency Sprint, Quick jump, Hook ally, "Preventative" medicine, Mushroom Cloud (throws a bag of volatile mushrooms to heal allies in the area. Side effect might incliude: Suicidal toughts, Lack of errection, Hormonal disbalance, Strange images in your head, Loss of memory, and several others)

Loses concentration while using abilities to get to the targets he wants to heal, gains it when doing his job (healing)

We dont need Epic to be EPIC. Right?

Swashbuckler/pirate is actually something that could make for a cool/out of left field fun class although I think the Brawler spec is a little too close to a monk.

The Sharpshooter is my favorite of the three spec ideas -- finally, a real melee hunter. ( Raptor Strike. ::shudder:: )

I honestly couldn't see Blizzard going through with the idea unless it was a temporary, in-game questline sort of deal, though.

Doesn't really fit in WoW if you ask me. And I can't shake the combat rogue visual. The only part I do love is dual wieldable guns.
