Looking for some second opinions

My Laptop died recently and i've been looking around for new systems, I thought of getting a desktop, as they can run the game better.
The laptop could run it on lowest settings, however dungeons and pvp were a no no.

So I want a desktop that can run it well enough for pvp dungeons and WvW.

To your knowledge would this run the game on high graphics?

The game is CPU heavy like any MMO, so I'd get a better cpu if I were you, i.e. mid-high end intel. Although it may be enough you should go for more than a 450w PSU too, and try to get a decent brand. The graphics card should be fine for 1080p. How well it runs on high is hard to stay because it varies so much depending on what zone you are in and how many other players are around.
