Lightbulb Building a gaming PC. Need some help.

Hello guys! As I said in the title im going to build a gaming PC, I don't really know what parts and where too buy them, but I build a setup at inet.

    My budget is 1500euro-1600euro/12 000kr-14 000kr

    Motherboard MSI Z77 MPOWER ATX

CPU Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4 GHz (Ivy Bridge)
Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

PSU Fractal Design Tesla R2 800W 80+ Gold

GPU Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 4096MB OC

    SSD(For windows) A-DATA SSD SX900-series 64GB

    Storage 1TB WD Caviar Blue

RAM Corsair 8GB (1x8192MB) CL10 1600Mhz VENGEANCE. Two of them

    Case Corsair Obsidian 550D

Going to have the computer for a while, playing mostly wow,bf3,gta,css. Not so much editing and bf4 when it comes out

Edit: I will be frapsing my gameplay and edit it a little bit, but I dont need a killer CPU, I can let it render over night etc.

Overkill motherboard and PSU. GPU is outdated. SSD really small.

1600 euro build can get you a really strong Haswell build. I have to go now but I'll be back and throw together a good one if nobody else does.

Any website in particular you use?

I've used the PC Part Picker - France for this build, so make of that what you will (only 32-bit OS available using that site, so...):

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

PSU can be changed to an equivalent 80 PLUS Bronze modular supply, and I've gone for the 2TB Green (Blue would have been better, obviously, get that in its place as you're not that bothered but will need storage for unedited videoes etc.) In addition, the 4770k is going to be better for that, though an i5+1080p VCC might be of use.

Why everyone is always suggesting a unlocked processor. Does a user always needs an unlocked processor. For me you can get yourself a i7-4770 proc and a normal H87 or B85 board and then use the spare money in buying yourself a good graphics. I believe it really depends on which purpose you want the PC build, if its for casual gaming and you just want to run any latest game available in market, an i5 with decent graphics card like GTX-750Ti or higher is more than enough with 120gb SSD drive as your boot drive plus another 1TB normal drive for your files. Otherwise if you really have the budget to go for an overkill setup then do it.

I am just sharing my opinion and I hope nobody is offended. By the way new member here.
