Tracking the ICD of Blink Strikes

I'm currently trying to get a WeakAura icon to show the internal cooldown of blink strikes so I can decide whether to manually cast dash or not.
The problem is I can't seem to find the blink strike teleport in the combat log.
Does it have a name? Is there perhaps a different way to capture the event happening in WeakAura's?

Sadly it's not possible i tried it already. Like you said already that there is no information in the combatlog so it's impossible to track.
