What is the action priority list to make the selected character be the 2nd banner in a 2 banner rotation?

You'll need to run multiple characters in order to do this.

Import your character, copy it, then import another, and paste your characters profile above/under it.

Currently, everything on the action list is tied into colossus smash or bloodbath, as far as cooldown usage goes.

The first banner will generally be put down anywhere from 0-1 seconds, we're not too concerned about 1 second overlap, so what I do is add &time>10 to bloodbath/colossus smash. So change the following lines:

actions+=/bloodbath,if=talent.bloodbath.enabled&time>10&(cooldown.colossus_smash.remains<2|debuff.co lossus_smash.remains>=5|target.time_to_die<=20)

actions.single_target+=/colossus_smash,if=time>10
