Weak aura actions

Quick and (presumably) easy question. Say I have an aura set up that triggers on a spell_cast_start event, what sort of custom code would I need in the Actions tab to run one of the ingame commands when this triggers. Say I want to do /dance or /wave for example. I've tried doing this by just putting the command as a chat message but, as I expected, this doesn't work and my LUA knowledge is basically zero so I'm not too sure where to start.

Edit - considered that this might not even be possible as it could be used to script spell casts to fire automatically. Am I wrong in thinking that?

Instead of /wave, you could use a chat message for /say Hello, this should be possible
