Funny thing is, if it was excess from the garden and it was pleasant neighbors I really wouldn't mind if they helped themselves from what had grown outside like that. Even better, if simply asked I'd probably have said sure, help yourself to that bit. Some rotten witch like that though doesn't deserve it.


Edit: Whatever small portion of land like that is also in front of her own home, I hope these people have a dog and can freely leave it's surprises there for her because it's not her property and they can do as they wish. And if not, heck, I'd want to put up a sign encouraging it.
