Reforge lite caps

How can I set a cap for haste on this add-on? I remember being able to do it before but i can't find the option any where.

When you choose your reforge preset, just check the box to the right of haste that says "to".
A new box will appear to the far right, next to the check-box, and you enter your wanted haste rating there.
Be sure to press enter after entering your ratings for the addon to "save" the number.
