We are currently recruiting Ranged DPS and Healers to further our heroic progress. We are looking for active and committed players who are in it for the long haul.

Evolution is a guild that has been around since Vanilla and is composed of mature people with the majority being over 25 years old. We are a guild that values real life commitments and at the same time strives to achieve good raiding progress on heroic content when it’s released.

We expect you to come fully prepared for all raiding content. You need to be above 18 years old, we rarely make exceptions due to the average age being over 25 years. We use Ventrilo during raids and we provide food for our main raids. Mic is not required but it’s a plus if you can communicate on Vent when needed. Access to guild repairs is also provided when you pass your trial period.

We can offer you a stable raiding environment, with skilled players. We have a nice atmosphere in the guild outside of raiding with regular alt raids, some arena teams and much more. The guild is very active outside of official raid times and you will always find a number of people online.

We use a loot council to decide on loot. Several factors matter when deciding loot including attendance, who benefits from the item more but performance and attitude also matter. We will not tolerate any loot drama.

We are looking for players that are willing to raid 3 times a week, that are competitive, can take criticism and can work well together with other players in a raiding environment.
