Need help with PC build :S

Hi, I really wanted to build a PC and was gonna use the setup of the month by chaud. When I got around to trying to purchase the 700-800 dollar build I learned it wasn`t Canadian friendly because alot of the parts only get shipped in the US. I was wondering if someone can help me build one that is Canadian shipping friendly maybe off newegg. I would love you so muh if you do.. ...Something looking like the dolphin build of july

If you want to do good streaming and it's important, I think it's worthwhile stretching your budget just a little ($40). Taking a hit in either the video card, or the CPU is a tough call to make if you absolutely can't go about 850. Alternatively, if you're a student or something, you can maybe get a discount on the OS.

    PCPartPicker part list
    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ NCIX)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Canada Computers)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($117.85 @ Newegg Canada)
    Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($63.00 @ Vuugo)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($82.84 @ Expansys Canada)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB Video Card ($172.15 @ DirectCanada)
Case: BitFenix Outlaw ATX Mid Tower Case ($34.88 @ Canada Computers)
    Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($54.99 @ NCIX)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($97.99 @ NCIX)
    Total: $893.68

If you want, yes. You could pick a different case as well. I'm not sure the merits of dropping down to a non-K cpu (4670, 4570). it would save 20-30 bucks but you'd lose about 10% performance from overclocking

Actually, you'd be better off with the WD10EZEX. I had just clicked the first WD Blue 1TB I saw (sorry!) but this one is both cheaper, and better. It is a single platter drive (the FAEX is two platters) meaning that it's effectively faster and marginally lower noise and power use.
