At the very least you'd need someone to summon you to Pandaria, but everywhere else you'd technically be able to walk the whole way, if you didn't mind dying every two seconds. But it'd be smarter to get someone with a two-seater flying mount to take you everywhere.

Not 100% sure... But worth a try. Classic Dungeon Master, Classic Raider...
I believe the old dungeons don't have the level cap mechanism attached to them. But that would mean someone's gotta carry you through them all..

Not sure how you consider it a personal achievement considering no one will ever know you did it and there is nothing involved in doing it aside from sitting on the back of someone elses mount. I'd consider it a bigger achievement for the level 90 who has enough patience to fly you around for no reason.

Actually, that always worked. If your account is at least Cataclysm, of course.

That's by the way another thing, you can't get World Explorer on an account without expansion. You'll have to make a brand new account with the basic BattleChest (Vanilla, BC and WotLK) and purchase Cataclysm and MoP as well. Just for a title which no one will ever notice, or just assume you got it with a higher-level char.
