    Advise what to upgrade

Bought my first and current pc almost 6 years ago and it's definitely time for some upgrades. In the meanwhile the only "upgrade" was a new GPU because my old one broke and had to be replaced which was almost 2 years ago.

I would like to play games with higher FPS and some better quality. Currently I usually play WoW or LoL. In WoW my FPS seems fine, until I get in raids where it drops to about 15-20 on 10man encounters and even lower on 25s (fair-good quality). Preferably this would be 60 at most/all times on higher quality. I am also considering streaming some content which afaik is more CPU and internet broadband (20mb down/2mb) related. I tried streaming before but it kept lagging and gave a decent fps drop as well.

I don't want to spend more than necessary and not upgrade a lot as I don't have a huge budget; hoping not more than €300,-. I'm basically most interested to know where the performance of my machine is limited by the most. Thanks in advance!

    Specs:
CPU: Intel Core Quad Q6600 @2.40GHz
    CPU cooler: Zalman CNPS8000
    RAM: 8GB (4x 2GB) Corsair DDR2-1000MHz
    GPU: GeForce GTS 450
    MoBo: Gigabyte P35-DS3L
    Storage: Samsung 320GB SAT2 HD321KJ
    Power Supply: Chieftec CFT-650 14C 650W ATX2
    OS: Win8 64 bit

Edit: forgot to mention the monitor; 20" monitor and considering having a 2nd screen at some point. Probably never more than 22" though.

You need to swap everything inside the computer case to get anywhere close to 60fps speeds in raids at high settings. You're looking at 400-500€ minimum shopping list to do it.

Monitor size in inches don't matter one bit, what matters is the resolution (1680x1050 or 1920x1080 for example).

    Trolling should be.

Location? Makes a massive difference on what you can upgrade.

Based on german prices this is about as close as your going to get to be able to hope to stream with such a restricting budget. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor (€139.90 @ Caseking)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (€93.88 @ Amazon Deutschland)
    Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (€54.90 @ Caseking)
    Total: €288.68

Your gpu will need to go soon as well. That assumes you bring your heatsink across and overclock the hell out of that cpu. (Need to bring it to about 4.5ghz for it to be worth it).

Current monitor has 1680x1050 resolution. I live in the Netherlands.

I am not very experienced with overclocking. I have done some on my current CPU, but not a lot since I got told it'd be bad for the CPU and reduce its life span by quite a bit (which was 6 years ago and things changed a bit). Are there still risks involved with overclocking and will my current cpu cooler be enough?

I was also a bit concerned about how much power new components would require as they're obviously more powerful and would probably require more.
