60+ minute healing rain

I think this talent worked perfect once they buffed it to 3 sec, They probably needed to add the 40 sec cap on it just to stop people from cheesing it but otherwise it was a solid talent. If you don't move you wont need to replace your Healing rain and can spend time casting other spells. Now its just weird and I doubt anyone would take it. Maybe its time for blizzard to rework this talent for the erm...4th time?

They did rework it again on the PTR build (that hasn't been uploaded yet). It is now up to a 4 second extension but with the same 40 second duration cap.
