There is a massive misconception that anything that isn't "good" for you is automatically "bad", and that something said to be healthy means it actually benefits you.
Alot of people believe that eating "healthy" food improves your body, as if consuming it grants you a special state of super-health.... but it's not as simple as that. "Healthy food" is just NORMAL food, it doesn't make you fit, it doesn't make you strong - it just makes you normal.
Realistically there are three types of food: Nutritious food, less nutritious food and bad food. Very little food is actually "bad", most of what people eat is "less nutritious".
Brown bread is more nutritious than white, but that doesn't make white bad, just less good.
