Gear question, 4 piece VS higher ilvl gear.

Simple one really, I have http://www.wowhead.com/item=94991/gr...ng-electricity and just got HC shoulders tonight but i have raidfinder gloves to make it 4 peice (Head, Shoulder HC, Chest, Gloves RF) would you say that the rejuv 4 piece is better than some increased stats.

I'm guessing yes as rejuv 4 set looks good on paper but i haven't really looked into it and its effect.

You pretty much answered your own question, although the difference is probably break-even (depending on your other gear item level). Don't throw the gloves away though, you might want to swap to them later if you go unlucky with drops.
