    Theres a deal on a seasonic gold 650 watt on newegg for 50 $ i believe, spend the rest of the money on a H60 2013 Edition.

    That's a beast computer for 1200, I would go with more expensive keyboard and mouse though, I just like all the brand name crap.

    Yeah, im getting a cheaper keyboard and mouse for now i think, and possibly adding an ssd instead.

    Oh is it okay to get a small ssd for now just for my OS? under 50gb? I never see anyone recommend that, but its the only ones i can fit into my budget.

    Not really. The price difference between 60 and 120GB is so small there's no point getting anything lower than 120. If you get smaller SSD for OS only you'll be pretty soon asking here how to clone the contents of small SSD into bigger one, trust me.

    What risk? Installing is much easier than any cooler on the market.
