All Heroic 25m Raiding Mistweaver MONKS that have killed Heroic Lei Shen!!

All you MW Monks I need some tips for this fight, are there any neat tricks you do (talking about survival during transitions, just maximizing your healing!)

How are you dealing with transition damage / soaking static shock
What abilities / glyphs talents are you using?

Any perfect moment to use your cds like zen med, diffuse magic / dampen harm / etc

Fistweave P1&2, best way to solo soak is to place 3 healing sphere while it's ticking down and then diffuse/meditate right as you reach 0. That way you get instantly topped from the damage.

Oh and if you take chi burst, if you line it up to the player opposite you can do about 2 million or so damage to them. If you bank a MM proc and BoK you can do around 2.6-3 million.

Pretty much what Reglitch said, you can do 100k dps easily. In the transition you will want to place 3 orbs under people in your quadrant who are solo soaking. If static shock has already gone out, you can soak 2+ bouncing bolts during the transitions with diffuse magic or Zen Med; just make sure if its the first static shock of the transition that you save your other 90% reduc for static shock.
