Ok, so 1st keep in mind I have never built a pc, however I was born, raised, and worked in a mechanic shop for the 1st 25 years of my life... That being said, I am ignorant to the technical aspect of computers, however feel confident with the right advice from those more experienced than me, I can build, and be satisfied with what I get in the end. I was looking at your computer setup of the month, and wanted to know how you guys as a whole felt it would compare to this build a friend conjured for me... Currently I play WOW at somewhere between 15-35 fps and I want better (Isn't that typical of us men). However I would like to know, if i chose a more graphic intense game, I could still play at max, or near max settings, as well as get a quality all around gameplay. Currently, here is what I'm looking at.
1 - Core i7-3930K 3.20GHz 6-Core 12-Thread 12MB Cache FCLGA2011

or other video:
2 - EVGA 02G-P4-2678-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
I would like your best comparrison to the unicorn setup, and if possible, the potential fps on each diff build, as well as any upgrades that you guys may reccomend that you would feel were critical (yet remain somewhat in the same price range) as well as if you feel there is money wasted, what are your thoughts there... Oh... and lastly, is there a timeline that i should buy the stuff, that may be cheaper than others, s/a with cars the best time to buy is towards the end or beggining of the new models release. Currently im in no real hurry, but im getting closer as each day passes to getting those 1st parts... Thank you all in advance..... Pit
