Need advice for Spec

Hi there, my guild gonna start an alt run in ToT in a few weeks and I will be playing my freshly dinged warlock. I have read a lot of guides about rotation, glyphs etc etc But what I cannot find is what spec should I be playing depending on my Ilvl. I know how to gear pretty fast with LFR, 522 valor neck and etc. My question is what spec should I be playing if I am in full LFR gear (or roughly around 502 ilvl)? And does having an LFR version of UVLS makes demo viable even in 502 gear?

The LFR version of UVLS is quite open to RNG. I'd advice against going demonology in your ilvl without having both the trinket and the metagem. Destruction will give you far more stable results, and a good way to learn the basics of how-to-warlock (inb4 butthurt destrowarlocks says destro isn't the basics).
