TO Fizz or not to Fizz?

Hi all

I started LoL about a week now and really enjoying it. Im only lvl 11 so nothing fantastic yet but seem to be winning quite a few which is nice
Also having quite a few good experiences with friendly players which I was dubious about from hearing things on the forums, which also is nice.

My Question is I soon will have 6300 resources to spend and am wondering which to go for. I have looked through all and they seem quite cool, however the one which seems the *best* to me is FIZZ

Is anyone playing Fizz these days? how do you feel when you meet one in a game?

Do you have any other champs which you think might be better? I currently play Yi and he is quite fun, but id like another option to roll with

Fizz isn't too hard to play with, pretty strong mid and late game as well.
Once you get the hang of him, you'll love him
