Guardian tank in 5.4

So i saw that Setja the GL/Guardian from Paragon (lightnings-blade/Sejta/)
Went on full Mastery

So i though is it Worth to do it ether?

I mean with the new Vengance System we Deal bit less Damage but it think its still pretty Much...
But on some Bosses the Damage Output is far High (like Garrosh Adds or Tok) feels sometimes pretty Heavy

So what u guys think about that?
