Where exactly were you in Spain, if I may ask? I was in the north, a few miles from the French-Spanish border.

Hmm, I've also been getting the Playstore open up randomly, didn't think much of it though. I just pressed back before it finished loading so never actually saw what it was. o.o

Samsung Galaxy Ace, default browser for it.

Edit: I downloaded and used "Dr.Web - Scanner", never normally use any malware stuff on my phone, but that didn't pick anything up anyway.

I waited it out after it loaded Play Store up, it was directing to Candy Crush Saga from mmo-champion - I assume from the ads here, as that's where I saw them on here last time.

I am having the same problem on my nexus 4 using chrome. I get the exact same site redirect and am traveling in Spain (Barcelona). It happens irregularly. Sometimes it'll be fine for a few days and then it will happen several times in the space of an hour.

Yeah I'm getting this as well, I'm in Lanzarote on holiday and am being redirected to porn in the Google play store, in the UK it seems to be candy crush saga... Very annoying being redirected like that, only happens on my phone and only happens on mmo champion so definitely a problem with the website. No viruses on my phone.

There might be something going around on particular android devices. Just curious, what was the version of your phone? (would be interesting to through the bugs forum and see if this has been noticed)

I tried installing Firefox and the problem occurs there too. Not browser-specific. Some sites very easily replicate the problem. dailymail.co.uk and this site, as examples, almost always result in a redirect. The problem has only ever happened in-browser though - not in other apps.

The problem has not happened on the iPad we are also traveling with.

I'm having the same problem. I live in Madrid. I have a Galaxy S3 running Chrome.

It seems that an ad on a random page redirects to that 69.tv porn link. Any ideas how to fix it? Some sort of ad blocker?

I have this problem too, but only with imgur when browsing reddit. The "app" is called 69tv or something.
