Several sets in Siege don't seem to be based off of bosses in the tier at all, but have a somewhat titan-technology feel to them. This set in particular seems like it would have been more fitting during Ulduar. And our Ulduar set would have been more fitting for ICC. Maybe the art team is lost in a temporal rift and are designing sets for the wrong time periods.

I like the murloc set (without the ugly Ugly Blee helm). But this laser Set is worst set ever made. But common at least hunters has far better T than rogues/monks.

b) blizz want us to play pvp more for better looking sets (hunter new pvp looks waaay better than t16)
c) blizz designing crappy tiers want to make ppl to buy better looking gear in their store (3 transmog helmets is just the begining)
