The Frys model is older and the Newegg model is most current (it would be more properly named H60i).

Frys has huge discounts on older models when they are being discontinued. The downside is that the remaining units are mostly open box (sometimes missing accessories) or refurbished. Earlier this summer, I purchased a H100 refurbished from Frys for $55.

After doing some more research I think I'll go with NZXT Havik 140.

Some reviews show that it has very similar performance to Noctua NH-D14 while only slightly louder.
On top of that it's lighter (less strain on mobo) and cheaper (around 65 euro here).

I have considered Thermalright Silver Arrow (not extreme), but it's slightly more expensive and bigger.

I have enough of EA ruining great franchises and studios, forcing DRM and Origin on their games, releasing incomplete games only to sell day-1 DLCs or spill dozens of DLCs, and then saying it, and microtransactions, is what players want, stopping players from giving EA games poor reviews, as well as deflecting complaints with cheap PR tricks.

I'm not going to buy any game by EA as long as they continue those practices.

Tweaktown's review looks very promising. I'm using a 140mm fan with 120mm mounts on a 120mm radiator. I was very surprised as to how it performs. I chalk it up to the air actually pushing past the outside of the unit as well.

Either way, I think it's a solid choice.
