So I know you can only enter 5 instances within an hour, but how does the reset work? I entered once before the hour was up and I was able to get in.

My understanding is the hour starts on the first instance you enter and not the last. So if I entered an instance at 5:05, 5:15, 5:25, 5:33 and 5:43 then I could enter again at 6:05. Not 100% on that though.

As far as I'm aware, the "timer" starts on the first instance you enter. Once you phase in that hidden timer starts, and you will only be able to enter a sixth instance an hour after you entered the first one.
