What enchant would be better for heirloom cloak for Prot warrior?
Enchant Cloak - Superior Defense - 70 armor
Or
Enchant Cloak - Stealth - dodge and agility by 8

I would say dodge and agi cuz dodging is fun. But I don't think it will matter that much. I have leveled several characters without enchanting the back heirloom.

Come 5.4 the MoP enchants will probably be better. Someone made a spreadsheat of how all the enchants work out at lower levels.

You can make the warrior whenever you want.

However the enchanting changes are coming in patch 5.4.

Granted, you really don't need to worry about it. Any toon decked out in heirloom gear will squash most anything they run into...so long as it's level appropriate.
