Question Mid range setup - opinions wanted

    Hello.

I managed to cancel my last PC setup i was ordering, so iam now trying to assemble a new one, but would love some constructive opinion about it and any suggestions are welcome.

At the moment i'am planing of buying/building a new pc for my gaming needs.
Those are: Mainly WOW and thats what this ppc will be used for on most part. I also own some mroe titles witch i play time to time, but iam not too concerned if they run epicly good. As long as they run as good as my laptop iam fine (those are: civ5, borderlands2, skyrim).

The setup iam looking at the moment is:

    PC:
Cooler Master Elite K(night) 280, USB 3.0, Black
    Inter-Tech 650W, aPFC, 120mm fan
    MSI Z87M-G43
    Intel Core i5-4670 (3.4GHz, 6MB Cache, LGA1150)
    Kingston 8GB, DDR3, 1600MHz, CL9, Kit Of 2, HyperX Blue (4gb x2)
    GeForce GTX760, 2GB, GDDR5
    Kingston SSDNow V300, 120GB, 7mm
Western Digital 1TB, 7200rpm, 64MB, Sata III, Caviar Blue

    Monitor:
    Samsung S23C650K, 23"

    Others:
    Logitech G110 GAMING KEYBOARD
    Windows 8, 64bit, OEM

I get all of this above for: 1554~ USD (not my local currency)

This is also my budged give or take, could go 30+/- not more i guess, but even then not preferable.

Would love any feedback on this! Thanks.

Yeah country (I assume Latvia?), budget in local currency and prefered website(s) would be helpful to find specific components.
