Receiving/syncing mails on smartphone/outlook

Hi there,

im having an issue with receiving mails on smartphones. Not really receiving mails itself, but hear me out.
When i set my outlook account (work mail) on my phone, i am able to receive mails on it. Np. But when i open them on my phone, i wont get them on my pc.

What i want is that the mail goes to both my phone and my pc, no matter on which device i open it first.
I am using MS Office Outlook on my pc.

Also what app would you suggest for mailing on phone.

I feel like a total noob

oh, and on my hotmail account it works fine.
