Flex Raids....closer to LFR or Normals?

Flex raids, how difficult will these be for a pug to complete. They slot right between LFR and Normals, which is a big as one is borderline afkable and the boss still dies and on the other end you have normals which are pose a significant challenge to organised players with chat that used to down Cata noramls.

So for a group of say 530 level geared players that know how to move out of fire and how to interrupt how hard would it really be for them to down bosses? Closer to LFR where its relatively easy just not as forgiving or a constant epic wipe fest. Lastly will it have stacking determination buff?

I personally look forward to the successful pugs returning and hope to make the most of the flex system.

    No determination.

They're closer to normal than lfr.

They're basically the 10man wotlk difficulty.

Most of the testing has been done with 520 (and could've been done with less tbh).

From what I've read, they are basically Normal with a 20%+ nerf applied across the board (could be more, not sure). Unlike LFR you can't ignore some mechanics, and I believe all the actual mechanics are there on Flex, just the boss has way less health and does less damage.

closer to normal icc10 man is just right. Means you have to know mechanics but are forgiven on the dmg needed to win and health pools needed to survive.

Theres a blue post somewhere saying the expect it to be pugged eventually, but not for the irst 2 months. Blue expects flexi to be a kind of progression raiding, but not as stringent as other modes.

Ofc, some heroic raiders will blitz it on release then moan, but it's not for them so ignore.

If it's not closer to LFR then you can be sure they'll "tune" it to be.

If it was too close to normals it misses the point. It's not really for "freinds and family guilds" but more for just pugs so they can get the true feel of a raid instead of the mishap that was LFR loot vending machine.

It's openly stated purpose is for the friends and family guilds who the ever increasing difficulty of the endgame has left behind. They've also openly stated they don't expect anyone to pug it for some time.
