I'm looking for a new monitor and I'm kind of conflicted in which one to buy. I'm looking mostly to LG screens because they seem to be the cheapest of them all and as far as I know most companies buy their IPS panels from LG anyway so screen quality shouldn't be that much different.
If anybody has another recommendation then I would like to hear it or if it seems that companies are brining out new models any-time soon then that as well.
And 250 euro is as far as I want to go but then it should be clearly better then the 2e LG screen which will cost me 160 euro's. Because personally I don't see the point in spending more for a monitor which is only eye candy (example Asus MX239H looks nice but I don't see this being worth the extra 60 euro's)
Definitely a step up compared to the 23" model of either the Dell and LG, I'll let you decide if it's worth the increased cost.
Both the Dell monitors have no HDMI, just so you're aware if it's something you need/want. The Dell 23" is a slightly better panel than the LG 23" but usually cost more. I got a good deal on the LG myself and have been happy with it though sometimes I would I had spent extra for a 24". The LG comes with dual HDMI (no DVI though) and one of the HDMI can carry signals from other devices like smartphones. The LG panel also have no height adjustment which the Dell's do.
I've been looking around and found this:
LG 24EA53VQ-P €155 (last I checked is was €199 so seems like a good deal) HDMI+DVI+VESA mount, 24" and IPS - seems pretty decent. I'm unsure of the delivery time.
