Some back story about SnP
Special needs Program on Tarren Mill EU is a guild whos is now rebooted with a good core group of people with the proper attitude for raiding. Aiming to be very best as we can be while having IRL commitments as work/studies/social life outside the game. We all met thro another 25man guild where we had really nice progress and killed 10/13HC before the guild went down. We didn't wanna split up so we decided to go and clear the last 3 bosses in the tier in a 10man group since we where 16-17 people. Too many for a 10man but yet to few to do 25man. Since we where so close to ending the tier, we did this to focus on that then look for people to get back into 25man for 5.4! So now we picked up another group of nice players from another 25man guild that went down (some of them are some ex core players in our previous 25man together) and they had the same progress as we had. And now we're building on these 2 strong building blocks and looking for some more awesome people!

We're a very odd group of people that enjoys the game together. So now we're searching for people to fit in with us to conquer next tier, to have the fun and have proper progress. Which means no drama queens etc. Mature special people!

Raiding schedule
- Wednesday 19:45-23:30 (Raid invites 19:30)
- Thursday 19:45-23:30 (Raid invites 19:30)
- Sunday 19:45-23:30 (Raid invites 19:30)
- Monday 19:45-23:30 (Raid invites 19:30)

What we expect in you
- We expect you to know your class well and be able to play it proper, with a working offspec.
- Have the mindset of raiding, the attidude is everything. To understand your classes role under a boss, and can sitout to make or break the kill.
- Comming prepared with the consumables for the raid, meaning maxed out stats food for the progression bosses.
- Good connection.
- A working microphone, dont be shy to use it when its needed!
- Good attendance thro the progression!
- Decent gear so you can be usefull in next tier progression
- Have some good progress in the current tier

What we can offer you
- A good group of people that enjoy the game and take raiding seriously, comming prepared and want to compete with each other to perform better each week that passes.
