    Replacing CPU Fan

I'm going to replace my CPU fan with an EVO 212, but I don't have one of those static wristbands or w/e. I read somewhere if you leave the computer plugged in, but turn the switch in the back to off and just touch the metal (such as the screw holding the PSU in) here and there while you're working on it, everything should be fine. Anybody know if that's true? If not, what should I do to make sure I don't fry the computer?

It's true. You just need to make sure that you've grounded yourself before touching any electric components, touching metal does this.
