So, lets say you have 18200 Haste but only 32k unbuffed spellpower and 30% Mastery.

Would it, DPS wise, be better to drop the 18200 hastecap to get about 6% more Mastery and about 2k More spellpower?

Love the whisper on your sig. Frmercury, but if I remember correctly was it not thought to be MS>MF when flying on Alysrazor with a full stack for a little while. Or at least there was honest discussion about it. Anyways, OT: I am also under the assumption GCD cap atm.

Yes, it was better to Mind Sear than Mind Flay, but full stack on Alysrazor wasn't 50% haste, but a lot more. 50% haste still isn't nowhere near close of pushing Mind Flay bellow GCD.
