True, but in the end, story wise the horde nor the alliance are the bad guys, in these case the "True horde" is the bad guy, and it would be interesting to see a lorewise recognized bad guy victorious

Probably a vision from the Timeless Isle - a possible future or alternate timeway or something.

It would be more interesting lorewise to have the Horde utterly dominated under draconian Alliance rule ultimately leading to the Alliance breaking up and its component races and their former-Horde vassals engage in mercantilism across Azeroth, trying to bolster their respective power. See this can go either way. But gameplay trumps lore, which is why orgrimmar and the horde will exist after this war, largely unscathed.

Yeah, i do agree that it would be cool and have a little more sense if the alliance try to dominate the horde, but i also would like the idea of Garrosh winning

If it wasn't for the pandaren there this would be a grim picture to look at. As it is, it's just another chance to cram pandaren in Warcraft's major events, although their death satisfies me, so it all balances itself out in the end.
