I mentioned that. but 2pt16 + life cocoon account for like 5% of total healing, so even if multistrike+cleave are only 95% effective they are still better than amp. (if this little side effect makes the difference which trinket is best, then you can consider them equal)

Woops, I apparently skimmed too much. Anyway I think you'd be right either way. You should repost in BiS thread.

Point is, you may hit 12k depending on the gear you have. :P
