Me and a priest-friend leveled as Disc+Prot Paladin on RAF. 1-85 in 22 hours.

I remember when I made my first Priest back in BC I was gonna level as a healer with my Prot Warrior friend, we were so pumped to level in dungeons together and then we found out absorbs didn't give rage and we scrapped our dreams at that very moment :P.

Increased ICD, forcing you to double tap, 20% increased damage to compensate, forcing you to double tap That is the latest status, still, nothing is final until the patch hits, and even then, they'll itterate the numbers after people are in SoO.
