    Causes all damage taken by all raid or party members within 30 yd radius to be dealt over 7 sec.


    What it does: Converts all direct damage taken by your raid / party members to more manageable DoT. Kind of similar to dark bargain. Can be adjusted if seems too powerful/weak.

    Draw chi from all party or raid members within 40 yards and create a chi bomb above your head. After 3 seconds the bomb plummets to the ground 5 yards in front of you healing all allies within 45 yards for [X * number of charges from nearby allies] divided evenly among all targets and dealing [(X * number of charges from nearby allies)*0.5] damage all enemies within 40 yards divided evenly among all targets.

    Intention is to essentially make a Chi Burst that hits all targets within a circular range like Tranquility. Assuming you're in a 10man raid and it was gaining 40k per charge, you'd output 400k heals in a AOE burst and do 200k damage to the boss. In a 25m if you managed to get everyone it would do 1,000,000 healing and 500k. This is small enough damage to make it not worth using on a single-target for damage and a significant waste to use on AOE as it divides by number of targets. Pre-casting this just before something you know will do tremendous damage is similar to hovering over your Revival hotkey.

    Infused brew
    Mixes Tigereye Brew and Energizing Brew, resulting in a strong infusion which increases the energy and mana regeneration of all raid members within 8 yards by 30% for 15 sec. 5 min CD. Consumes 10 stacks of Tigereye Brew. Shares cooldown with energizing brew.

    Basically, give everyone a brm's stagger (of course with magic damage as well). Simple and useful. It could probably adjusted to 25% of the damage taken is a dot and still be useful without seeming op.

    One i thought of:

    Breath of the Emperor:
    Instant 3 min Cooldown
    The Monk gives all friendly players within 20 yards the breath of the Emperor, increasing their movement speed by 50% for 8 sec. When this buff ends or is dispelled, 2 Healing Spheres are generated next to the player that last for 15 seconds.

    This would give monks a bit of raid utility and stay with the theme of being a off healer CD. I would replace AH with this and also give it to the 2 other specs of monk

    Instant, 15 second cooldown
    Encourage your raid group by typing nice things about them in raid chat while you're benched. All other classes and specs get this ability too, but Windwalkers will get the most use out of it, so it's named after them.

    Why not just make it like stagger. A stacking DoT that lasts 10 seconds and spreads 50% of damage taken over that period recalculating as damage is added just like stagger. After all, you'd still be taking the full damage with this type of CD idea, just over time. But the DoT could be made magic dispellable so healers or Priests could start removing it if you went with a weaker damage to DoT conversion.

    They wouldn't, though. Dispells are all on an 8 second or longer cooldown now so they'd each only be able to get one person, maybe two if they're already staring and waiting for it, before the dots ran their entire course.
