Greenland/Nuuk ping - Upgrade PC/gaming setup or bring PS4 - MMO's

The headline is selfexplanatory.

I am looking for someone residing in greenland after the US cable broke (may 2013). Moving there for work in january, so i wanted to figure out now what to do since the cashflow is good these days. Get a PS4 or upgrade the rig and controls (orbweaver, naga hex, PSU, eyefinity and 1 more GFX card vs ps 4)

What's the ping?

Is it FPS or MMO capable?

I dont play heavy games on my macbook, so i'm either bringing my rig or getting a PS4.
